Rotake attended International Hardware Fair 2022 in Cologne and had an amazing experience in this big trade fair.
At the stand, we made the torque test of cordless impact wrench RC8803 with Skidmore Model H machine attracting a lot of visitors to gather together. Our cordless impact wrench turned out to be even more powerful than the equivalent other leading brand's in real testing.
The INTERNATIONAL HARDWARE FAIR 2022 celebrated a successful comeback in Cologne after more than four years. Around 1,400 exhibitors from 50 countries took the opportunity to once again present their products and innovations to the entire hardware industry.With around 25,000 trade visitors from 140 countries, the fair confirmed its importance as the number 1 event for the international hardware sector.

General Lithium Ion Battery Safety
For many years, the chemistry used in power tool batteries was commonly nickel metal hydride (Ni-MH) and nickel cadmium (Ni-Cd). During the past decade there has been an almost universal conversion to lithium-ion (Li-Ion). There were numerous reasons for the change, such as higher energy density (more energy in a smaller size), lower-toxicity materials, no memory effect, slow rate of self-discharge. The benefits of this newer Li-Ion technology have allowed higher-demand tools and applications to be battery powered, and provide significantly more work-per-charge. This extended capability, combined with the portability of battery tools, has resulted in a dramatic increase in their use.
